WE HAVE HAD A RELATIONSHIP WITH LANCASTER SINCE 1993. GO TO THE NEXT SLIDE.

WHAT WE VALUE OUR CLIENTS WE ARE PROUD TO SAY WE ARE DEDICATED TO OUR CLIENTS WE APPRECIATE THE OPPORTUNITY TO REPRESENT THE CLIENTS PARTICULARLY LANCASTER INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT. WE ARE GLAD TO LET YOU KNOW WE ARE EXPERIENCED WE ARE INNOVATIVE AND WE ARE ALWAYS ON THE ROAD TRYING TO MAKE SURE WERE DOING THE BEST JOB ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENTS AND ON TOP OF THAT, WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE GOOD COMMUNITY CITIZENS. WE CAN GIVE YOU ADVICE ON COMPLEX LITIGATION AS WELL AND WE REPRESENT YOU IN BANKRUPTCY COURT SHOULD A TAXPAYER FILE BANKRUPTCY.

THE NEXT SLIDE GIVES YOU A TIMELINE OF THE DELINQUENT TAX COLLECTION PROCESS JANUARY EACH YEAR THE TAXIWAY WILL ATTACH TO THE PROPERTY IN APRIL TAXPAYERS ÃÃJULY YOU SHOULD HAVE A CERTIFIED APPRAISAL ROLE. CERTAINLY AROUND THAT TIME IT'S WHEN YOU ARE ADOPTING YOUR BUDGET BASED ON WHAT THOSE VALUES ON YOUR ROLE OCTOBER THE TAX BILLS ARE BEING MAILED DUE BY JANUARY 31. AND BECOME DELINQUENT FEBRUARY 1. IF THEY REMAIN DELINQUENT IN APRIL 1 WE RECEIVE YOUR DELINQUENT BUSINESS PERSONAL PROPERTY ACCOUNTS.

TO BEGIN COLLECTING ON THOSE AND JULY 1 WE RECEIVE THE REST OF YOUR ACCOUNTS.

WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR TURNOVER WE TAKE TIME TO ANALYZE YOUR TAX ROLL TO CATEGORIZE THOSE THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR COLLECTION AND BEGIN TO STRATEGIZE AND PULL TOGETHER A SPECIAL COLLECTION PROGRAM FOR YOUR DISTRICT. ONCE WE HAVE IDENTIFIED THE ACCOUNTS THAT ARE PROTECTED WE BEGIN DEDUCTING MAILINGS ON BEHALF OF THE DISTRICT, WE OF COURSE CANNOT COLLECT TAXES WHEN WE CAN'T REACH YOU SO WE SPENT TIME MAKING SURE YOU HAVE GOOD ADDRESSES THE SKIP TRACE PROGRAM WE PROVIDE. WE ALSO SPENT TIME TALKING ABOUT TALKING TO THE TAXPAYERS NEGOTIATING PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS WHEN NECESSARY.

THOSE THAT REMAIN DELINQUENT WILL GO INTO LAWSUIT AND IF THEY CONTINUE TO REMAIN

[01:00:04]

DELINQUENT WE ARE ABLE TO MOVE TO WHAT WE CALL FINAL RESOLUTION WHICH IS IF THE PROPERTIES ARE SOLD OR STRUCK OFF TO THE JURISDICTION THEY WILL GO THROUGH EVERY CELL

PROGRAM. >> GOOD EVENING EVERYONE, I AM KAREN BISHOP I'M YOUR DEDICATED CLIENT LIAISON I'M A PERSON THAT STRATEGIZING YOUR TAX ROLL LOOKING AT THE ACCOUNTS TRYING TO SEE WHICH ONES I CAN ACTUALLY GO OUT A TOTAL OF 840 ACCOUNTS.

37.8 PERCENT INCREASE FROM THE PRIOR YEAR. THE NEXT SLIDE SHOWS THE TAX ROLL ANALYSIS BY SIZE OF ACCOUNT AND THIS SLIDE DOES INCLUDE ALL THE ACCOUNTS 2022 AND PRIOR YEARS THAT WERE DELINQUENT. FOR THE IST.

TOTAL OF 1243 ACCOUNTS IN TOTAL INCLUDING ALL YEARS WE ARE TRYING TO WORK ON COLLECTING.

YOU HAVE A TOTAL OF 73% OR JUST OVER $4 MILLION IN TAXES WHAT I DO IS START WITH THE HIGH DOLLAR ACCOUNTS, ANYTHING OVER $5000 I CONCENTRATE ON THOSE ACCOUNTS AND I WORK MY WAY BACKWARDS TO THE SMALLER DOLLAR ACCOUNTS. AS I AM WORKING YOUR TAX ROLL.

THIS SLIDE SHOWS YOU THE STATUS OF ACCOUNTS AND BASICALLY SHOWS YOU THAT OUT OF 7375% OF YOUR ACCOUNTS WHAT WE CONSIDER COLLECTIBLE. OUT OF THE 1243 ACCOUNTS WE HAVE A TOTAL OF 784 THAT WE DEEM TO BE COLLECTIBLE ACCOUNTS THEN WE HAVE A TOTAL OF 211 OF THOSE THAT ARE ON HOLD FOR SPECIFIC REASONS. THOSE BEING MAYBE OVER 65 EXEMPTIONS EXIST ON THE ACCOUNT OR THE ACCOUNT HAS SOME EXEMPTION ACTIVITY VETERANS EXEMPTION, TAX DEFERRAL OR MAYBE A HOLD ON THE ACCOUNT DUE TO AN ISSUE OR PROBLEM WITH THE PROPERTY AS WELL. ONCE THE FOUR-YEAR AND TWENTY-YEAR DEADLINES HIT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO COLLECT ON THOSE ACCOUNTS. THIS SLIDE SHOWS YOU SOME OF THE PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES THAT PAM SPOKE ABOUT THAT WE DO WITHIN THE 12 MONTH PERIOD.

WE FOUND 37 LAWSUITS THAT INCLUDED ACCOUNTS FOR LANCASTER IST DISPOSED OF 20 OF THE LAWSUITS 15 OF THOSE WERE COVERED BY BANKRUPTCY DEPARTMENT SO ONCE THE TAXPAYER FILES A BANKRUPTCY THEY HAVE TO THAT STOPS WHAT'S CALLED STATE WE CAN'T GO FORWARD ON THE ACCOUNT AS A REGULAR LITIGATION COLLECTION ACCOUNT WE HAVE TO ALLOW BANKRUPTCY DEPARTMENT TO FILE A CLAIM BASICALLY I WENT AND KNOCKED ON DOORS WENT INTO BUSINESSES THE PERSONAL HAND-DELIVERED TAX STATEMENT WE NEED YOU TO CALL US SO WE CAN GET YOU ON A PAYMENT PLAN IF THAT'S NECESSARY IF NOT, WE WANT PAYMENT IN FULL. SO THAT WE DON'T HAVE TO FILE SUIT. WE MAILED OUT OVER 1900 LETTERS DURING A COMBINATION OF THESE THINGS. WE WERE ABLE TO COLLECT ON BEHALF OF THE LANCASTER IST $963,934 THAT INCLUDES TAX PENALTY AND INTEREST IN OUR ATTORNEYS FEES WHICH ARE NOT COLLECTED OUTSIDE OF THE TAXES IT'S A FREE PROGRAM FOR THE CITY AND ISD SO YOU DON'T PAY

DASHBOARD WE ARE STARTING TO SEE LOCAL REVENUE COME IN AS TAX BILLS DID GO OUT AFTER THE LATER. WE ARE STARTING TO SEE THOSE COLLECTIONS COME IN NOW.

ALSO, WITH EXPENDITURE WE ARE RIGHT ON TARGET IF YOU COMPARE FOR LAST YEAR TO THE CURRENT YEAR I THINK IT'S ONLY ABOUT 1.5% OFF WE ARE SEEING AN INCREASE IN SPENDING ESPECIALLY IN FUNCTION 11 FOR INSTRUCTION. OUR FOOD SERVICE THIS REMAINS A CHALLENGE AS WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEDERAL REVENUE AND THE ONLY REVENUE THAT IS REFLECTED IN THE REPORT REMAINS FROM THE LOCAL SIDE. WITH THE DEBT SERVICE, AGAIN, WE START TO SEE THOSE APPLYING AS TAXES START TO COME IN. ARE THERE ANY QUESTIONS AT THIS TIME?

>> BOARD, QUESTIONS, COMMENTS? >> CHILD NUTRITION, DO WE HAVE ANY UPDATES ON IF WE YOU SHOULD

BE RECEIVING FROM THEM? >> WE HAD OUR AUDIT YESTERDAY WE WERE JUST INFORMED THAT WAS A SPECIFIC QUESTIONS THAT WE ASKED AND THEY TOLD US THAT WE WOULD BE RECEIVING REVENUE WE HAVE WORKED WITH AUDITORS I WILL REPORT THEY DID MAKE A DECISION WITH SALINA CENTER CENTERS. THEY WILL BE BOOKING THAT AS A DEFERRED INFLOW.

>> WHEN WE EXPECT TO MAKE THE PAYOUTS TO STAFF? >> THE COMMUNICATION THAT WENT OUT ONE TIME PAYMENT IN MARCH AND THEN FOR THE 24/25 SCHOOL YEAR THAT $1800 WILL BE ADDED

TO EACH SALARY LEVEL. >> THOSE WEREN'T TOO HARD. >> MEL.

ANY OTHER QUESTIONS COMMENTS, THANK YOU SO MUCH. B IS CAMPELL .CAMPUS HIGHLIGHTS

BELT LINE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. >> I'M GOING TO CALL FORWARD PRINCIPAL STEVENSON TO SHARE THAT INFORMATION WITH OUR COMMUNITY AND BOARD. GREAT JOB WITH YOUR

THREE-YEAR-OLDS TODAY. >> THANK YOU. THAT WAS MY IDEA.

>> GREETINGS. IT IS CERTAINLY A PRIVILEGE TO SPEAK TO YOU THIS EVENING.

I AM THE PROUD PRINCIPLE OF BELT LINE TEACHING SERVICE ACADEMY, WHERE WE ARE MAKING MOVES AND BELTLINE IS HOME OF THE BEST AND BRIGHTEST. MY TEAM CONSIST OF ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL JOYCE JOHNSON, COUNSELOR AND STATE CRIMINAL OUR ENROLLMENT HAS DECREASED SLIGHTLY THIS YEAR WE HAVE INCREASE IN FIRST GRADE AND AS YOU CAN SEE, MOST OF OUR ENROLLMENT CONSISTS OF STUDENTS IN THE PRE-K-3 PROGRAM. IN FACT, THREE-YEAR-OLDS MAKEUP ONE THIRD OF OUR ENTIRE STUDENT BODY. WE TAKE PRIDE IN THE FACT THAT MOST LANCASTER IST STUDENTS AND PARENTS HAVE THEIR FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH SCHOOL AT BELTLINE TEACHING AND SERVICE ACADEMY. WE CURRENTLY HAVE THREE STAFF MEMBERS WORKING ON THEIR CERTIFICATION AND WE ARE PROUD TO SAY TWO ARE MALES INCLUDING MR. WILLIAMS IS PICTURED HERE WITH THE STUDENTS. HE IS BECOMING A STRONG YOUNG ROLE MODEL WITH THE BOYS AT BELTLINE TEACHING AND SERVICE ACADEMY.

[01:15:12]

'S OUR CURRENT JOB OPENINGS, RIGHT NOW WE JUST HAVE ONE A POSITION OPEN.

I'M UPDATING THAT SLIDE BECAUSE JUST TODAY I HIRED A FIRST GRADE TEACHER AND HE STARTS ON TUESDAY. ACCORDING TO MAP DATA, WE HAVE A ROLE FOR EXCEEDED GROWTH IN MOST AREAS FOR READING 2ND TO 4TH GRADE WE HAVE BOARDGAMES NEEDED AND ALSO GAMES NEEDED IN LANGUAGE ARTS IN THIRD GRADE. WHEN YOU LOOK AT SCIENCE WE HAVE AREAS OF OPPORTUNITY.

FOR MATH FOR EXAMPLE WE HAVE SECOND AND THIRD GRADE MATH, AREAS OF OPPORTUNITY, AND THEN THIRD GRADE SCIENCE. WHAT I HAVE DONE IS I'VE DONE STRATEGIC HIRING, ESPECIALLY IN THE AREA OF SCIENCE, THIRD GRADE SCIENCE TEACHER MS. JACKSON OF THE ALL EXPECTATIONS AND SHE'S DOING A GREAT JOB WITH HER STUDENTS. WE ARE GOING TO REACH ALL OF THOSE GOALS. CERTAINLY WE WANT BELT LINE TO BE A PLACE WHERE STUDENTS WANT TO COME SCHOOL OUR CLUBS ARE SHEER, BLE AND MOTION, CODING, BOARDGAME PLUM, BOYZ II MEN, SHOE TYING CLUB, MAJOR REPS AND HIGHER. WE HAVE MANY STUDENT INCENTIVES SUCH AS THE RCA HOUSE SYSTEM THAT'S COMING IN SPRING 2024 AND WE CELEBRATED OUR STUDENTS WITH A DANCE FOR HAVING THE HIGHEST ATTENDANCE RATE THIS SIX WEEKS AND THAT WENT TO OUR KINDERGARTNERS. SOME OF OUR CELEBRATIONS INCLUDE TIGER DAY WHICH OF THE PRE-K-3 ORIENTATION FOR STUDENTS AND PARENTS, STUDENTS OF THE MONTH A AND B HONOR ROLL AND CALENDAR DAYS. WE ALSO WANT BELTLINE ELEMENTARY TO BE A PLACE WHERE STAFF WANTS TO COME TO WORK. WE BOAST A 98% ATTENDANCE RATE AND THAT'S BECAUSE WE HAVE THINGS LIKE CALENDAR DRESS-UP DAYS, MARRIED MONDAYS, WE JUST CELEBRATED MARY MONDAY.

YOU SEE WE HAD A CHARCUTERIE PARTY ON DECEMBER 4. WE HAVE MINDFUL MONDAYS FOR STAFF WHEN WE PLAY THINGS LIKE GO AND REDO LINE DANCING. OUR THEME THIS YEAR AT BELT LINE IS BLE MAKING MOVES BECAUSE THAT'S BASED ON OUR BOOK STUDY THAT WE HAVE THE SUMMER. IT WAS THE BOOK MOVE YOUR BOSS BY RON CLARK.

WE COMMEMORATED THAT WITH OUR BUS PHOTO SHOOT THAT YOU SEE AT THE BOTTOM.

OUR GOAL AT BELT LINE ELEMENTARY IS TEACHER RETENTION THROUGH MENTORS, CAMARADERIE AND TEACHER SUPPORT. SOME OF OUR PARENT ENGAGEMENT INCLUDES FULLY FUNCTIONING PTO WE HAVE FAMILY STEAM NIGHT TRUNK OR TREAT HEALTH SYSTEM THAT'S COMING UP.

BUT WE ARE MOST PROUD OF OUR FIRST ANNUAL GRANDPARENTS DAY PARADE.

WHICH ONE OF OUR BOARD MEMBERS PARTICIPATED IN. THEY DELIVERED THE GREEN BACKPACKS TO STUDENTS EVERY WEEK AS PART OF OUR CHILDHOOD HUNGER INITIATIVE.

WHY ARE Y'ALL LAUGHING? ECAUSE IT WAS HARD FOR ME TO SAY THAT? IT'S FINE THAT'S WHY I WORE MY EARRINGS TONIGHT. WE APPRECIATE Y'ALL.

BUSINESS PARTNER ENGAGEMENT WE HAVE THE NEIGHBORHOOD WALMART ACROSS THE STREET AND ALSO ÃWE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO WORKING WITH STARBUCKS, BEING BUILT ACROSS THE STREET FROM BELTLINE ELEMENTARY. OUR GLOVES AT BELTLINE ELEMENTARY IS TEACHER QUALITY AND WE SAY TEACHER QUALITY WILLS STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT THAT COMES FROM STRATEGIC HIRING.

OWNER MENTIONED SECOND AND THIRD GRADE THEY ARE SOME OF OUR BEST TEACHERS ON CAMPUS, THEY ARE ROCKING IT IN THE CLASSROOM AND ALSO I'M HAPPY TO REPORT OUR CAMPUS CLIMATE AND CULTURE WENT FROM BROKE THE GLOBE IN ONE SCHOOL YEAR. THAT WAS HELD BY THE BOOK STUDY MOVE YOUR BUS BY RON CLARK. TENANT'S PERCENTAGE ALTHOUGH WE WERE HAPPY AND THEY CAME TO THE BOARD MEETING TONIGHT TO DO THE PLACE THEY DON'T COME TO SCHOOL EVERY DAY.

WE NEED OUR PRE-K-3 STUDENTS TO COME TO SCHOOL MORE RIGHT NOW WE ARE AT LIKE 89% AVERAGE FOR PRE-K ATTENDANCE WE ARE WORKING ON THAT. PRE-K-3 STUDENTS ON DRIVE SO WE ARE HAPPY TO GET THE WORD OUT TO OUR PARENTS. ALSO THE AGING EDIFICE.

[01:20:01]

ARE BUILDING WAS BUILT IN 1984 ALONG WITH MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS WE ARE DOING OUR BEST TO UPGRADE THINGS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF OUR BUILDING. THANK YOU SO MUCH, PLEASE FOLLOW US ON SOCIAL MEDIA ON TWITTER AND FACEBOOK AT BELTLINE ELEMENTARY LANCASTER

[11.B.Campus Highlights]

LOOKING TO MOVE ON TO THE CAMPUS HIGHLIGHT NUMBER TWO. >> THANK YOU.'M GOING TO CALL FORWARD MR. TREVOR SANDERSON WHO WILL REPORT THAT INFORMATION TO OUR BOARD AND COMMUNITY. MR. ANDERSON. THE LOUISIANA ACCENT, HANG ON

NOW. >> GOOD EVENING. ESTEEMED BOARD MEMBERS AND DOCTOR HERRERA. I WOULD LIKE TO PRESENT THE LANCASTER SCHOOLS AND CAMPUS REVIEW. THIS IS THE LMS ADMINISTRATOR TEAM.

TRAVIS ANDERSON THE PROUD PRINCIPLE OF LANCASTER MIDDLE SCHOOL.

I HAVE MR. ANDRE TAYLOR AND MR. GERALD HOLMES SERVE AS OUR ASSISTANT PRINCIPALS.

LAST SCHOOL YEAR WE HAD 909 STUDENTS ENROLLED, THIS YEAR WE ARE AT 893 STUDENTS.

WE HAVE DECLINED BY 16 STUDENTS BUT OUR ENROLLMENT IN EIGHTH GRADE IS MUCH HIGHER THAN IT WAS LAST SCHOOL YEAR. FOR TEACHERS LAST SCHOOL YEAR WE HAD 61 TEACHERS ON STAFF 42 FULLY CERTIFIED AND 19 WORKING ON SUFFICIENT. THIS YEAR WE HAVE 54 TEACHERS, 38 ONLY CERTIFIED AND 16 WORKING ON CERTIFICATIONS. OF THAT 16, 10 OF THEM HAVE COMPLETED THEIR COURSEWORK AND ON THE TESTING DAYS RIGHT NOW. STUDENT ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE, WERE TO USE THE MAP DATA. WE KNOW THE DIAMOND REPRESENTS THE GRADE LEVEL PROJECTION.

FOR THE SEVENTH GRADE WE START OF THE YEAR BEHIND THE EIGHT BALL.

WE HAVE A LOT OF GROWTH TO DO IN THAT AREA. FROM THE EIGHTH-GRADE SIDE OF READING WE HAVE EXCEEDED THE EXPECTATIONS. IN MATH SEVENTH AND EIGHTH GRADE WE ARE RIGHT ON THE CUSP OF REACHING THE PROJECTION. IN SEVENTH GRADE SCIENCE WE EXCEEDED BUT WE KNOW WE HAVE SOME WORK TO DO IN EIGHTH GRADE.

WHEN IT COMES TO THE MAP DATA OUR STUDENTS TOOK THE EXAM THE SECOND WITH THE SCHOOL AND WE WILL BE TAKING MIDDLE OF THE YEAR EXAM WE COME BACK AFTER THE BREAK.

WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING SOME GROWTH IN THOSE AREAS.

STUDENT ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE WE DEFINITELY WANT TO LIVE UP TO THE ESTEEMED NAMES OF SOME OF THE TEACHERS THAT WE HAVE APPEAR PICTURES WE ARE SHOWING STUDENTS ENGAGED IN SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERING ARE IN MATH. FOR STUDENT ATTENDANCE, SECONDARY SCHOOLS DURING THE FIRST SIX WEEKS OF SCHOOL YOU CAN GET IT FOR THE SECOND BUT WE ARE ON OUR WAY BACK UP. WE HAVE LOTS OF ATTENDANCE INCENTIVES FOR STUDENTS WE HAD ATTENDANCE MATTERS ESSAY CONTEST AND WE HAD A STUDENT TO WIN A BRAND-NEW BIKE.

WHAT'S IMPRESSIVE ABOUT THIS IS THAT WE HAD 800 STUDENTS PARTICIPATE IN THIS ESSAY CONTEST. ALSO FROM THE STUDENT ATTENDANCE PERSPECTIVE WE HAVE LOTS OF INCENTIVES TO GET STUDENTS TO COME BACK TO SCHOOL AND ATTEND CLASS ON TIME.

EVERY SIX WEEKS WE HAVE WHAT WE CALL THE HARDLY TARDY PARTY. OF OVER 900 STUDENTS WE HAD 750 STUDENTS THAT WERE ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND BECAUSE THEY HAD THREE OR FEWER ATTORNEYS.

[01:25:07]

THAT SIMPLY MEANS OUR STUDENTS ARE GOING TO CLASS AND GOING TO CLASS ON TIME.

NOT ONLY DO WE HAVE ATTENDANCE INCENTIVES BUT WE ALSO HAVE STUDENT DISCIPLINE INCENTIVES.

WE HAD OVER 350 LMS STUDENTS THAT ATTENDED OUR POSITIVE BEHAVIOR SKATE PARTY.

TO GO TO THAT PARTY YOU CANNOT HAVE ANY REFERRALS, NO ISS NO DETENTIONS.

OUR STUDENTS ARE REALLY AHEAD OF THEMSELVES. ONE THING ABOUT US AT LMS WE ARE CONSTANTLY PROMOTING SCHOOL SPIRIT WE PRIDE A FEW ÃÃ ATHLETIC EVENTS PEP RALLIES, THINGS OF THAT NATURE. WE ARE ALWAYS TRYING TO PROMOTE THAT.

WE ALSO ENCOURAGE EVERY STUDENT AT LMS TO BE INVOLVED IN SOME TYPE OF EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES WE HAVE STUDENTS IN CLUB, ATHLETES, SOME OF THE STUDENTS THAT PARTICIPATED IN

MULTIPLE CULTURAL BOWL. [INAUDIBLE] >> ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS?

>> THANK YOU SO MUCH, WE APPRECIATE IT. >> THANK YOU BROTHERS OVER BETA GAMMA. [LAUGHTER] I MEANT TO GET Y'ALL WHAT THE OFF-THE-WALL COMMENTS.

[01:30:04]

>> I THINK MS. STEPHENSON FORGOT TO MENTION TO THE BOARD THAT SHE HAS TAKEN UP RESIDENCE IN THE SCHOOL TOMORROW BECAUSE STUDENTS MET THE READING GOAL, IS THAT CORRECT?

I WANTED TO MAKE SURE YOU GOT THAT OUT. >> HAVE A TERM LIMIT THAT'S WHY I DIDN'T MENTION IT BUT EVERY YEAR WE HAVE A READING CHALLENGE AND I DO SOMETHING CRAZY TO STUDENTS READ 1000 BOOKS AND THEY WROTE 1000 REVIEW HISTORY ON UP.

WHEN THEY DO THE CHALLENGE I DO SOMETHING CRAZY, LAST YEAR THEY TAUGHT ME IN THE FACE ARTISTIC TURKEY I DYED MY HAIR PURPLE, THIS YEAR THEY DECIDED THEY WANT ME TO STAY OVERNIGHT AT BELT LINE . SO I WILL BE STAYING OVERNIGHT AT BELT LINE ELEMENTARY 1355 BELT LINE ROAD. ARITY TALK TO CHIEF HE CLEARED IT.

I ASKED CAN YOU PARK THE CAR OUTSIDE BUT I DON'T KNOW IF YOU. Y'ALL PRAY FOR ME THAT I AM THE NIGHT SAFELY. I'M DOING IT FOR THE KIDS. I APPRECIATE IT.

>> MR. JONES IS GONNA COME STAND GUARD FOR YOU ALL NIGHT BECAUSE THAT'S DISTRICT 5 BUCKS
