[00:15:07]

INFORMED ABOUT VATRE WHICH MADE AN ATTEMPT TO SPREAD MISINFORMATION ABOUT VATRE AT A POLLING SITE WITH A POORLY HANDWRITTEN DOCUMENT UNSUCCESSFUL.

WE WERE ALREADY SEVERAL STEPS AHEAD OF THEM WITH A FACT VERSUS FICTION POST CIRCULATION. AS A VICTORY FOR AN AND THE STRATEGIES FOCUS IN THE SUPPORTERS THE VOTERS RECEIVE THE FACTS IN THEIR VOICES WERE HEARD, THINK INTERACTIVITY FOR THEIR VOTE OF CONFIDENCE IN YOU ALL IN OUR LANCASTER LSU IN AND

THEIR EMPLOYEES. >> NEXT IS FOOD SERVICES UPDATE,

[10.B. Food Service Update - Roger Oster]

DOCTOR PEREIRA. >> FINCA MADAM PRESIDENT.

I WILL WAIT FOR OUR YOUNG PEOPLE TO EXIT.

AND WHILE DOING SO AM GOING TO CALL UP DOCTOR CHEEK TO PRESENT

THE INFORMATION ON BEHALF OF MR. >> GOOD EVENING PRESIDENT HAMILTON, DISTINGUISHED WARD MEMBERS, DOCTOR PEREIRA I'M HERE FOR MR. OSER TO PRESENT OUR FOOD SERVICE UPDATE.

HERE IS THE CURRENT TDA ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW CHECKLIST THAT WAS PRESENTED DURING OUR REVIEW MEETING.

AFTER FAILING TO TDA AUDITS DURING THE 22 - 23 SCHOOL YEAR DUE TO MEAL COUNTING AND CLAIM ISSUES, TDA ASKED US TO REQUEST THE NEXT AUDIT DATE DURING THE 22 - 24 SCHOOL YEAR.

SINCE THE DISTRICT WAS CHANGING, THE FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT COMPANY, DECEMBER MR. AUSTER AND CHILD NUTRITION SELECTED NOVEMBER AS A MONTH FOR OUR AUDIT.

THIS GAVE OUR NEW SERVICE COMPANY CHART WELLS TIME TO TRAIN STAFF AND CHILD NUTRITION TIME TO CHECK MEAL COUNTING AND CLAIMING AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SCHOOL YEAR.

OUR FIRST ITEM TO BE CHECKED OFF WAS MEAL COUNTING AND CLAIMING QUESTIONNAIRE DUE FRIDAY NOVEMBER 17, MR. OSTER AND HIS TEAM CEMENTED OUR ANSWERS YESTERDAY NOVEMBER 15.

THERE IS ONLY TWO CAMPUSES UNDER REVIEW, LANCASTER HIGH SCHOOL AND BARACK MICHELLE OBAMA, CENTER.

CHILD NUTRITION WILL REVIEW AND UPLOAD ALL REPORTS AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION FOR BREAKFAST AND LUNCH FOR BOTH CAMPUSES ON OR BEFORE DECE DECEMBER 4, ON DECEMBER 13 TDA WILL BE IN PERSON IN THE DISTRICT TO REVEAL MEAL COUNTING AND CLAIMS FOR BOTH CAMPUSES. WHEN WE PASSED THIS YEAR'S TDA AUDIT CORPORATION FUNDS WILL BE RELEASED FOR THE CURRENT YEAR IN JANUARY. TDA WILL THEN REQUEST THE 22 - 23 FUNDS THAT HAVE BEEN HELD FROM THE USDA AND THAT TIMELINE IS UNKNOWN BY TDA AT THIS TIME.

ARE THERE ANY QUESTIONS? >> ANY QUESTIONS FOR DOCTOR

SHEIK. >> MS. WOODFIELD.

>> JUST FOR CLARITY CAN YOU EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHAT DID WE FAIL, WHAT PARTS OF THE AUDIT DID WE FEEL?

>> IT CAME WITH A NUMBER OF MEALS BEING REPORTED IN THE

CLAIMS. >> ANY OTHER QUESTIONS OR

COMMENTS. >> MS. JONES.

>> WHEN THEY SAY UNKNOWN DO THEY REALLY MEAN UNKNOWN DID THEY

GIVE NO TIMEFRAME. >> THAT IS CORRECT WE HAD A VIDEO CONFERENCE WITH MS. ROMA FROM TDA AND WE ASKED HER SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE WHITLEY PENN IS VERY CURIOUS AS WHEN ALL THE REVENUE FROM 22 - 23 WOULD BE ABLE TO BE BOOKED IN OUR SYSTEM AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO GIVE US A DATE CURRENTLY WHITLEY PENN IS DISCUSSING HOW THEY WANT TO REPORT THAT IN THE AUDIT.

>> MADAM PRESIDENT. >> THIS IS NOT FOR IMMEDIATE ACTION BUT ON THE REPORT YOU HAVE SOME QUESTIONS, 300 OR 301.

IS THERE ANYWAY WE CAN SEE THE SPECIFIC QUESTIONS AND THAT IS AT YOUR CONVENIENCE IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE NEXT WEEK I'M ONLY SAYING IT MIGHT BE WORTH LOOKING AT THE NEXT TIME TO DO THE

[00:20:02]

VALUATION PROCESS. >> I WILL ALSO ADD IF YOU DON'T MIND THAT THE AUDIT WE MISSED IT BY ONE KID THAT WAS REPORTED, HOWEVER, IT WAS NOT DOCUMENTED PROPERLY, THEY CAME IN LATE IN THE EIGHT BREAKFAST AT 1030 OR 11 AND THE WORKER CODED THEM AS EATING LUNCH NOT BREAKFAST AND THAT'S TEDIOUS TO COME DOWN TO ONE SITUATION, HERE WE ARE IN NOVEMBER STILL WAITING TO MAKE GOOD ON THAT. JUST WANTED TO ALERT THAT, I THINK THE TEAM IS WORKING VERY HARD CHARTWELL HAS PUT PEOPLE IN PLACE TO HELP THEIR INDIVIDUALS BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONES CHECKING KIDS IN AND OUT WITH HER BADGES.

HOWEVER, I THINK WILL BE GOOD IN THIS GO AROUND.

>> I DO APPRECIATE THE DETAIL. >> ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS.

>> MS. WHITEFIELD. >> IS ANYWAY THE INFORMATION AS FAR AS THE AREAS THAT WERE FAILED IN THE AUDIT BE SHARED WITH THE BOARD IF NOT ALREADY, MAYBE IT COULD BE, I KNOW WE HAD THIS DISCUSSION PRIOR, HOWEVER, I WAS NOT ABLE TO LOCATE THE DOCUMENTS TO SHOW WHERE THE AREAS THAT WERE FAILED.

>> WE WILL SEE WHAT WE CAN SH SHARE, I THOUGHT WE HAD SOME INFORMATION OUT THERE FROM DAY I BELIEVE WE HAVE THE ORIGINAL DISCUSSION BUT WE WILL DOUBLE CHECK THAT WE WILL SHARE WHAT WE

CAN. >> THANK YOU MISSE MISSED CHEEK.

[10.C. Attendance Update - Dr. Marcus Jackson]

>> THE SUPERINTENDENT REPORT DOCTOR BREWER.

>> THINK ABOUT A PRESIDENT ONE OF MY FAVORITE RECOGNITIONS WILL BE THE ATTENDANCE UPDATE. DOCTOR JACKSON WILL BRING THAT FORWARD AND LET'S SEE WHO THE WINNER IS OR MAYBE SOMEONE'S

RETAINING I AM NOT SURE. >> GREETINGS MADAM CHAIR.

AND ESTABLISH BOARD MEMBERS AND SUPERINTENDENT DOCTOR PERERA I'M FILLED WITH ENERGY, EXCITEMENT AND ENTHUSIASM FOR THE ATTENDANCE AWARD. CURRENTLY AS A DISTRICT WE HAVE 92%, I'LL GO FOR THE YEAR IS TO BE AT 92%.

I FEEL WITH OPTIMISM AT THE END OF THE YEAR WILL PROBABLY BE AT 9495% WITH WHAT WE HAVE IN PLACE.

AT THIS TIME CAN YOU JOIN ME DOWN HERE SO WE CAN TAKE A PICTURE WITH ELEMENTARY ATTENDANCE AWARDEE AS WELL AS A SECONDARY AWARDEE. WE HAVE SOME SERIOUS COMPETITION GOING ON AMONG THE SCHOOL WHICH IS A GREAT THING.

FOR ELEMENTARY WAS VERY CLOSE. ONE SCHOOL WAS AT 94.75% AND ANOTHER SCHOOL WAS AT 94.65%. THE WINNER PARKS.

, ON UP. >> THEY BROUGHT THE WHOLE TEAM.

>> THIS IS BACK TO BACK, THEIR BACK-TO-BACK CHAMPIONS CA.

>> THAT JUST FELL OUT OF MY HAND.

>> VERY CLOSE SECOND WAS USED TO NO HOUSTONELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

>> ARE SECONDARY WINNER AT 94%. IT WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE

SECONDARY SCHOOLS, GWC. >> WE WILL TAKE YOUR PICTURE IN

THE MIDDLE. >> OF EVERYONE ANOTHER ROUND OF

[00:25:18]

APPLAUSE. BOARD THANK YOU FOR YOUR

SUPPORT. >> I WOULD CONGRATULATE OUR STUDENTS AND STAFF ARE HELPING OUR KIDS GET TO SCHOOL EVERYDAY

[10.D. Campus Highlight]

AND FOR YOU COMING EVERY DAY TO SUPPORT THEM.

WE'RE GOING TO MOVE ONTO THE CAMPUS HIGHLIGHTS, DOCTOR PE

PERERA. >> TAKE YOU MADAM PRESIDENT THANK YOU COMMENDED THE SCHOOLS, WHEN I NOTICED THEY CAN GET HERE WE CAN TEACH THEM. MR. HERNANDEZ I KNOW YOU'RE

COMING FOR THE NEXT ONE. >> DUTY MADAM PRESIDENT, DISTINGUISHED BOARD, MY NAME IS DANIEL HERNANDEZ I AM THE PROUD PRINCIPLE OF HOUSTON ELEMENTARY AT THE GREAT DISTINGUISHED HONOR I AM FLANKED BY A WONDERFUL WONDERFUL TEAM MY STUDENTS ARE RODRIGUEZ I WONDERFUL COUNSELOR MS. SMITH MI ARTS TEACHER MS. LETICIA JONES ARE PART OF THE GREAT GROUP THAT WE HAVE.

OUR # IS CAN'T STOP WON'T STOP IN HOUSTON ELEMENTARY.

WE HAVE SOME GROWTH THIS YEAR WERE ACTUALLY AT THE SNAPSHOT OVER 36 STUDENTS ABOVE FROM LAST YEAR AND ALL THE AREAS ON THE RIGHT-HAND SIDE THAT ARE HIGHLIGHTED HAVE SEEN INCREASED GROWTH IN ENROLLMENT. ONE OF THE REASONS PEOPLE TALK ABOUT TWO NEW TEACHERS TO THE CAMPUS THAT IS A REALLY EXCITING ADDITION. , THE TWO NEW TEACHERS WERE THERE 38 AND 40 WHEN IT ANOTHER HALF TEACHER, THE 13 IS WHAT WERE WORKING ON WITH A WONDERFUL EDITION OF THE 4440 AND 50 FOR 50 WE WERE ABLE TO GET PASSIONATE LEADERS AND EDUCATORS WHO WERE WORKING ON CERTIFICATION THAT IS THERE BECAUSE WE HAVE SOME TEACHERS THAT WILL BE TAKING THEIR EXAMS THIS DECEMBER AND READY TO BE FULLY CERTIFIED, GOD WILLING BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR AND WE CAN MAKE SURE TO GET THEM THERE AS WELL.

DATA, END-OF-THE-YEAR DATA AND BEGINNING OF THE YEAR DATA IS WHAT I WILL BE PRESENTING A LITTLE BIT ABOUT.

THIS IS OUR MATH DATA. WE ARE STEADILY STAYING AROUND CONSTANT WITH THE MATH DATA, WE HAVE LITTLE TO NO CHANGE IN MOVEMENT TEACHERS WOULD NOT, WE SEE THE PROGRESSION THAT ARE FILLING IN THE GAPS FROM ONE GRADE LEVEL TO THE NEXT, MATH HAS A LOT TO HAVE GAPS FILLED FROM ONE GRADE LEVEL TO THE NEXT, WERE REALLY PROUD AND HAPPY ABOUT THE GROWTH IN ABOUT THE CONSISTENCY THAT WE ARE SEEING WITH HER TEACHERS IN MATH ACROSS THE GRADE LEVELS. WITH REGARD TO READING WE SEE DIFFERENCES IN SOME CHANGES IN YEAR TWO FOR SOME TEACHERS IN THE GRADE LEVELS IN YEAR ONE FOR OTHERS AS WELL.

WERE STILL FOCUSING ON GROWTH AND WITH THAT WE SEE THE GREEN BANDS IN THE BLUE BANDS THAT WERE FOCUSING ON THOSE OF THE KIDS INTERMEDIATE LEVELS AND EXCEEDING THAT SO THAT KEEPS ON GROWING AND WERE ABOUT TO HEAD TO ANOTHER MAP SOON SO HOPEFULLY THE DATA WILL TREND IN THE POSITIVE DIRECTION THAT WE ARE

SEEING AT THE MOMENT. >> SOME OF MY FAVORITE PICTURES.

WE TALK ABOUT STUDENT ATTENDANCE, I WAS REALLY THAT CLOSE. MR. SLAUGHTER I'M COMING FOR YOU NEXT SEMESTER. WE FOCUSED A LOT ON THAT IN DOCTOR PERERA'S CORRECTIVE STUDENTS ARE THERE WE CANNOT TEACH THEM, WE TRY TO MAKE IT AS FUN EACH AND EVERY DAY WE'VE HAD A LOT OF THEME WEEKS THIS YEAR YOU CAN SEE IN THE UPPER RIGHT HAND SIDE TEAM WEEK WE HAD TWIN WEEK AND ALSO INVOLVING OUR MULTICULTURAL CAMPUS AS WERE THE BILINGUAL CAMPUS FOR THE DISTRICT AND WE HAD LOOK-ALIKE DAY, THE KIDS HAD THAT BECAUSE THEY GOT TO LOOK LIKE THE MEXICAN BINGO CARDS AND THE MOON WE ADDED THE COUNSELOR AND TWINS AND THINGS OF THAT NATURE SO THEY MAKE SURE THAT THEY INVOLVE EVERYONE.

I LIKE MY PRINCIPAL SOUTHEAST, WE BROUGHT BACK GRANDPARENTS DAY AND MAKE SURE STUDENTS WERE COMING ON CAMPUS AS WELL AND ARE WONDERFUL GIFTS THAT WE GOT FROM OUR FEARLESS LEADER I KNOW EVERYONE WAS PROBABLY LOOKING AT THAT PICTURE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GRILLED MEAT IN THE HOT DOGS WHEN THE TEXAS RANGERS WON THE WORLD SERIES IN ORDER TO INCREASE TEACHER ATTENDANCE MOSTLY DUE TO ATTENDANCE BECAUSE KIDS WANT TO BE THERE FOR THE TEACHERS, WE GET A HOT DOG, CHIPS AND A SODA BALLPARK ATMOSPHERE, GRILLED HOT DOGS OUTSIDE FOR THE TEACHERS AND THEY GOT TO ENJOY SOMETHING A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT, THE MIDDLE PIECE IS NOT A HOT DOG BUT WE HAD TO HAVE SOME FAJITAS ON THE

[00:30:02]

GRILL AS WELL, SORRY ABOUT THAT. >> WITH REGARD TO TEACHER ATTENDANCE, WE WANT TO MAKE SURE TEACHERS ARE THERE WERE GETTING GREAT REPORTS ABOUT THE TEACHER ATTENDANCE AND A REALLY HAPPY AND PLEASED THAT WE HAVE A LOT OF TEACHERS THAT ARE GETTING THERE DAY IN AND DAY OUT SOMETIMES ALTHOUGH THE WEATHER BUT WERE HELPING THEM OUT AS WELL, THIS YEARBOOK STUDY WAS THE ENERGY BUS BY JOHN GORDON WHICH IS A VERY SPIRITUAL UPLIFT AND YOU WANT TO SEE ON THE RIGHT-HAND SIDE ARE AIDES ARE WONDERFUL INSTRUCTION THAT DID A LITTLE DESIGN OF DRIVING THE BUS AND ALL OF HER TEACHERS ON THE RIGHT BUS TO SUCCESS AT HOUSTON ELEMENTARY. WE ARE REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THAT PARTICULAR ADVENTURE IN THE BOOK STUDY THAT WERE DOING YOU SEE SOME PICTURES OF HER WONDERFUL WONDERFUL TEACHERS READING THE PLC WE ARE EMPOWERING THEM INTO THE GRANT AND LANCASTER MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS THERE ALSO DOING THE WONDERFUL PROGRAMS IN DIFFERENT ROLES TO KEEP UP THE RETENTION RATE IN OUR FACULTY AND STAFF, I'M REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THOSE VERSIONS, ONE OF THE WONDERFUL IDEAS THAT I GLEANED AWAY FROM DOCTOR JACKSON AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT WE SEE SOME OF HER TEACHERS GIVING GRATITUDE TO ONE ANOTHER, SOMETIMES WE DON'T TAKE TIME TO DO GRATITUDE TO ONE ANOTHER. OUR FACULTY MEETING REFORM DIFFERENT GROUPS AND WE GET GRATITUDE ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL THINGS WE'VE SEEN AND A LOT OF PEOPLE WITH EXPRESSION SAY IT ALL AND IT WAS REALLY IMPACTFUL AND POWERFUL.

WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT WAS MYSELF AND MY DEAN AT THE WELCOME BACK CEREMONY THEME NIGHT AND WE TRY TO GET THE TEACHERS PUMPED UP AND EXCITED ABOUT ALL OF THESE ITEMS. BUSINESS PARTNERS, COMMUNITY I LEVEL WE GET THE COMMUNITY ONCE AGAIN THAT WAS PART OF A GRANDPARENTS DAY WE HAD A THANKSGIVING EVENT IN THE TRUMP OR TREAT AND ALSO WE WANT TO BRING THEM IN AND LET THEM KNOW THIS IS THERE SCHOOL, THIS IS THE HUB AT A COMMUNITY SCHOOL. WE DO SERVICE AND WONDERFUL PROGRAMS ON THE CAMPUS BUT EVERYONE IS THERE AT THOSE EVENTS REALLY EXCITED AND REALLY PARTICIPATING IN THE MISSION AND GOAL THAT WE HAVE. WE ARE TRULY VESTED IN THE BACK OF THE CAMPUS HELPS ALL OF LANCASTER, NOT JUST HOUSTON BUT THEY'RE BECOMING MORE AND MORE OF A GREAT HUB FOR SECONDARY AS SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITY AS W WELL.

WE HAVE VARIOUS CHURCH ENTITIES AND SUPPORTER CAMPUS WITH DIFFERENT MOTIVATIONAL THINGS THAT THEY DO WITH US.

SOME OF THE GREAT PARTNERS THAT I WOULD NOT FORGET IS TOYOTA, TOYOTA HELPS US OUT A LOT RECENTLY MYSELF AND MY RTI TEACHER GOT TO VISIT THE ACADEMY AND THAT PARTICULAR IDEOLOGY TO A CAMPUS VERY SOON AS WELL AND WERE JUST EXCITED WE HAVE NEW AND UPCOMING PARTNERSHIPS THOSE OF THE ABILITY COMPANY TO HELP OTHER NEW TEACHERS HOW TO HELP THEM PLAN FOR SOME PROPERTY OR GET READY TO MAKE SOME GOALS AND THAT PARTICULAR ATMOSPHERE.

, GOALS AND GROWTH WE HAVE THE YOUTUBE MENTALITY, WE KNEW WHAT WE KNEW LAST YEAR END WE WERE TRYING TO IMPROVE EACH AND EVERY DAY WITH EVERYTHING THAT WE DO, WERE ON THE RIGHT BUS TO SUCCESS AT HOUSTON ELEMENTARY WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE CONTINUED PROGRAMS IN PLACE SUCH AS A GRANT TO COMMIT WITH THE TEACHER TEAM LEADS IS A GREAT PROGRAM TO HELP HER TEACHERS AND RETENTION AND IN THEIR CAPACITY AS WELL WE ALSO HAVE A DATA DRIVEN MINDSET FROM PRE-K TO FIFTH GRADE. LANCASTER INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERS HAVE DONE A REALLY GREAT JOB MAKING SURE EVEN THE PRE-K TEACHERS ARE TRACKING DATA ALL THE WAY UP TO THE FIFTH EVEN THAT MUCH FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR END IT REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THAT. THE MERGING BILINGUALS AS I STATED EARLIER, TO NEW TEACHERS AND FIFTH GRADE WE GET THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARTS AND MATH BILINGUAL SO THAT MEANS WE HAVE A FULL COMPLETE SET FOR PRE-K ALL THE WAY TO FIFTH GRADE THAT'S WHERE NEW ADDITION COMES IN OF THE NEW STUDENTS AS WELL SO WERE REALLY EXCITED NOW WITH THE FULL INTEGRATION OF THE GOMEZ FOR ALL OF THEM THAT WILL BE LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING AS THE YEAR PROGRESSES. ALSO WHATEVER MANGLES AT HOUSTON IS MAKING SURE WE GET HIGHLY QUALIFIED HIGHLY CERTIFIED TEACHER WHATEVER CLASSROOM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR ALL OF HER STUDENTS. I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU VERY

MUCH FOR YOUR TIME, THANK YOU. >> THANK YOU SO MUCH, ANY

QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS? >> A QUICK COMMENT.

>> TERRIBLY SORRY, PLEASE FORGIVE ME.

>> MR. HERNANDEZ I REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

AND I WANT APOLOGY TO DOCTOR KIMBROUGH AND MATTHEWS YOU TIED YOUR PRESENTATION TO OUR BOARD GOALS AND ANNOY DIDN'T SOUND LIKE MUCH BUT THAT'S A HUGE DEAL FOR US THAT HELPS REMIND US WHY WERE HERE AND THOSE LOOKING AT THE PRESENTATION THAT'S WHERE THE RUBBER MEETS THE ROAD, WE APPRECIATE IT.

>> THANK YOU'S. >> MS. JONES.

>> ON THE MATH AND READING SCORES THE READING SHOWS 274

[00:35:04]

NUMBER OF STUDENTS IN THE PREVIOUS SLIDE FORMAT THAT HAS 400. IS THERE A DISCREPANCY THERE.

>> WE HAVE THE READING AND ENGLISH IN THE READING IN SPANISH. THERE ARE TWO SUBSET GROUPS ARE NOT THAT'S WHY THERE IS A DISCREPANCY.

WITH THE GOMEZ AND GOMEZ MATH WILL ALWAYS BE IN ENGLISH SO READING IS ONLY ONE THAT THE LANGUAGE CHANGES IN.

>> THANK YOU VERY MUCH. >> MS. MORRIS.

[INAUDIBLE] >> THANK YOU FOR ENGLISH AND

SPANISH. >> THANK YOU MS. MORRIS.

>> MS. WOODFIELD. >> IS YOUR MICROPHONE ON?

>> THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE PRESENTATION.

YOU ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED. I QUESTION IS FOR THE SAME ACHIEVEMENT, CAN YOU EXPLAIN HOW IT SHARED WITH THE PARENTS IN A PITY FEEDBACK HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM THE PARENTS.

>> TYPICALLY FEEDBACK IS SHARED THERE IS A PARENT LETTER THAT GOES OUT WITH A MAP DATA THAT IS VERY SPECIFIC TO THE STUDENT AND THAT IS ELECTRONICALLY OR SOME TEACHERS DO.

ABOUT DEPENDED ON WHERE THEY ARE IN WITH THE STUDENTS ARE DOING MORE DATA TRACKING IN THE ACTUAL CLASSROOMS SO THAT'S REALLY EXCITING AS I STATED, THE COORDINATORS ARE FOCUSING ON MUCH MORE MAKING SURE THE STUDENTS KNOWS THEIR GOALS BECAUSE WHAT WAS PRESENTED, LAST YEAR END THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR WERE ABOUT TO HEAD INTO A NEW ONE IN FEBRUARY AND THEY NEED TO KNOW WHAT THEIR GOALS ARE AS WELL TYPICALLY PARENTS GET SOMETHING ELECTRONICALLY OR PAPER COPY SAYING THIS IS WHERE DANIEL WAS FOR MAPS READING THE MAPS MATH AS WELL.

>> THINK HUMANS TURN INTO MR. HERNANDEZ.

>> NOT A PRESIDENT COULD HAVE A MOMENT OF PRIVILEGE.

>> THINK I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE A MOMENT APPEARED UNDER PRIVILEGE WITH OUR COMMUNITY AND OUR BOARD AS WE HEAD INTO THE BREAK NEXT WEEK. I JUST WANT TO ASK DURING THIS THING INTO THANKSGIVING SEASON TO TAKE A MOMENT TO REFLECT ON THE BLESSINGS IN OUR LIVES. IF YOU WATCH THE NEW ZEALAND THOUGH, THAT IS QUITE DEPR DEPRESSING.

CONSIDERING SOME OF THE NEWS ITEMS FROM THIS PAST WEEK I THINK IT'S A GOOD TIME TO STOP AND REFLECT WHERE WE ARE AND GIVE THANKS AND APPRECIATION TO THE LOVE AND SUPPORT OF OUR FAMILIES AND OUR FRIENDS AND THE OPPORTUNITIES THAT WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN. THIS YEAR AS EACH OF YOU GATHER AROUND THE TABLE WITH THEIR FAMILIES, THAT YOU ALSO REMEMBER THAT THOSE WHO ARE LESS FORTUNATE AND EXTEND A HELPING HAND TO THOSE IN NEED. LET US CHERISH THOSE MOMENTS TOGETHER WITH THOSE WHO LOVE US MOST WE OFTEN SACRIFICE OUR FAMILIES FOR JOBS, HOWEVER, THIS IS ALWAYS A GOOD TIME OF YEAR TO EXTEND THE THANKS TO YOUR FAMILIES.

I WANT TO WISH EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU TO YOUR LOVED ONES A

JOYFUL AND BLESSED THANKSGIVING. >> THANK YOU.

[11. Adoption of Consent Agenda]

NOW WE ARE GOING TO MOVE ON TO THE ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA. A IS APPROVAL OF THE FOLLOWING MINUTES, BEA AND LOCAL REGULAR BOARD BEATING, BE CONSIDERED A POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF STUDENT TRAVEL GUIDELINES.

SEE CONSIDER POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS DOOR CONTROLLER BACKUP BATTERIES FOR THE NIGHT SECURITY IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $90000.

EACH CONSIDER A POSSIBLE APPROVAL FOR FIREWALL UPDATE, ASKING THEM TO CONSIDER POSSIBLE APPROVAL COULD YOU NEWS GRANTS TOYOTA AND TEXAS INSTRUMENTS 202013 ACTUALLY FOR.

>> I HAVE READ YOU THE CONSENT AGENDA, IS THERE A MOTION?

>> ADMIT THAT THE BOARD ADOPT THE CONSENT AGENDA A, B, C, D,

E, AND ACT. >> I HAVE A MOTION OF MS. MORRIS IN THE CONSENT AGENDA AS PRESENTED IS THERE IS A SECOND BY MR. JONES. ANY DISCUSSION.

>> HEARING NONE. >> I WOULD LIKE TO PULL ITEM A AND REQUESTING CLARITY FOR ANY CHANGES.

>> THERE IS A MOTION ON THE FLOOR, THAT MOTION WOULD NEED TO BE VOTED ON BEFORE YOU CAN ASK THE TABLE SOMETHING, THAT WOULD'VE HAD TO BE A MOTION BECAUSE THERE IS A MOTION WITH THE FIRST, MOTION MADE WITH THE SECOND, I'M CALLING FOR DISCUSSION ON THE MOTION. IDIOT THE DISCUSSION? HEARING NONE I'LL CALL FOR THE VOTE.

>> MS. WOODFIELD. >> NO SPIN ON MR. SMITH.

[00:40:03]

>> YES. >> MS. MORRIS.

>> YES. >> MR. JONES.

>> MR. >> YES.

[12.A. Discussion and possible action on Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP Order of Sales. (G3) - Dr. Faith Ann Cheek, Presenter]

>> MR. STEVENSON. >> THE MOTION PASSES.

WE ARE GOING TO MOVE ON TO THE ACTION ITEM, DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ORDER OF SALES, DOCTOR PERERA.

>> THE COMMANDER PRESIDENT I'LL CALL FORWARD DOCTOR CHEEK TO PRESENT THE INFORMATION TO OUR BOARD IN OUR COMMUNITY.

>> MADAM PRESIDENT, ESTEEM TRUSTEES AND DOCTOR PERERA.

INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED DURING CLOSED SESSION IN THE WORK SESSION FOR EACH PROPERTY PRESENTED AS ONE, TWO AND THREE AND WE MUST RESPOND WHETHER OR NOT WE WANT TO PROCEED WITH THE SHERIFF'S SALE OF THE PROPERTY OR NOT AND IF WE ARE WILLING TO HAVE THE PROPERTY STRUCK OFF TO THE DISTRICT OR NOT.

>> MATTER PMADAM PRESIDENT. >> AND I ASK A QUICK QUESTION.

>> DOCTOR CHEEK WOULD YOU ELABORATE FOR THE GREATER GOOD.

>> TO BE STRUCK OFF MANY WE DO NOT WANT TO OBTAIN THE PROPERTY FOR OURSELVES. IN THE CASE THAT WE WERE TO TAKE ON THE PROPERTY IT WOULD BECOME HOURS AND WE WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR NOT ONLY PAYING THE BACK TAXES THAT ARE OUT OF THE PROPERTY BUT ALSO MAINTAINING IT.

>> THANK YOU VERY MUCH. >> I HAVE A QUESTION.

>> , DODOCTOR CHEEK AND YOU CLAY IF ALL ARE VACANT.

>> AT THIS TIME ONE IS A VACANT LOT.

IN THE OTHER TWO HAVE RESIDENTS. IN THEIR OCCUPANCY IS VERIFIED BY LINEBARGER THAT INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED AFTER A CLOSED SESSION IN DURING THE WORK SESSION.

>> I'M NOT SURE MAYBE I NEED TO ASK THE ATTORNEY IF IT'S PROPER TO ASK AT THIS TIME TO MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE IN COMPLIANCE, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR THOSE RESIDENTS AND IF WE DECIDE TO

MOVE FORWARD OR STRIKE. >> YES.

>> OKAY. ASSUMING STRIKING OFF MEANS YOUR MOVING OWNERSHIP TO THE GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY UNTIL IT SOLD LATER WERE NOT -- TYPICALLY IN DALLAS COUNTY IS ON THOSE.

THAT GETS WORKED OUT BY LINEBARGER.

IF SOMEBODY IS IN THE HOUSE AND WHETHER IT STRUCK OFF OR NOT THEY HAD TENANT'S RIGHTS UNDER TEXAS PROPERTY CODE AND THEY HAVE A LEASE THAT IS STILL FORCIBLE AND IF THEY DON'T HAVE A LEASE AND MONTH-TO-MONTH TENETS OF THE PROPERTY, THE PROPERTY MANAGER WHOEVER OWNS IT WOULD TAKE THE PROPERTY, THE BUYER WHETHER IT IS US THROUGH STRIKE OFF OR AN INDEPENDENT BUYER AND WOULD PICK UP THE PROPERTY AND THE TENANTS WOULD

HAVE THE RIGHTS TO THE PROPERTY. >> THIS IS NOT A SHERIFF SALE OR

STRIKING OFF. >> THE SHERIFF SALE, RIGHT NOW THERE ARE JUDGMENTS AGAINST THESE PROPERTIES BUT THE PROPERTIES ARE STILL IN THE NAME OF THE DELINQUENT TAXPAYERS.

THE PURPOSE OF THE SALE IS TO GET IT OUT OF THEIR HANDS AND IN THE HANDS AND THE OWNERSHIP OF THE PROPERTY DOESN'T NECESSARILY

[00:45:02]

CHANGE THE STATUS OF THE TENANT IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE

STATUSES. >> MR. STEVENSON BRIEFLY.

>> YOU KNOW WE HAVE A POLICY AND HOW LONG WE KEEP HER PROPERTY ON

THE BOOKS BEFORE WE PROCEED? >> I WILL HAVE TO RESEARCH THAT FOR YOU I DO NOT OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD.

>> I AM NOT AWARE OF ANY. IT MIGHT BE A GOOD IDEA TO HAVE SOME DISCUSSION AT SOME POINT BUT NOT NOW I'M NOT AWARE THAT WE HAVE ANY SPECIFIC POLICY OR PRACTICE WITH RESPECT TO THAT.

>> THANK YOU. >> MR. LEWIS.

[INAUDIBLE] >> IS THERE ANY LIENS OR WHAT THE ACTUAL VALUE OF THOSE INDIVIDUAL PROPERTIES.

>> ALL OF THAT WAS DISCLOSED IN CLOSED SESSION.

>> JUST TO FINISH UP A THOUGHT IF WE SELL THE PROPERTY AND SOMEBODY BUYS IT THE TAXING ENTITIES GET THEIR MONEY OUT OF IT IF THE SALE PRICE EXCEEDS THE SOMEBODY COMES IN AND BIDS OR WHAT'S ON THE TAXES THAN THE CORE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE MONEY GOES BACK TO THE OWNER. IT'S NOT LIKE WORKING A PROFITEER ON BUT WERE GETTING GET OUT OF IT, IT IS OUR TAXES ALONG WITH THE OTHER GOVERNMENTAL AND I WILL ADD WHEN THERE IS A SALE ON THE DELINQUENT PROPERTY TAXES, THE TENANT OR THE PURPOSE PERSON HAA RIGHT OF REDEMPTION AFTER TWO

[12.B. Discuss and possible approval of HB3 Early Childhood and CCMR (College and Career, and Military Readiness) Goals - Patonia Bell, Presenter]

NEXT IS AN ACTION ITEM OF DISCUSSION OF THE PRO EARLY CHILDHOOD AND CCM ARE COLLEGE AND CAREER IN MILITARY READINESS

GOALS DOCTOR PERERA. >> ARE BRINGING FORWARD MISSPELLED TO PRESENT THE INFORMATION AS WELL AS OUR COMMUNITY. IF YOU RECALL THE CCM ARE ITEMS ARE A PART OF YOUR GOALS ALREADY WE PULLED THOSE OUT SEPARATELY AND TO HAVE THE VOTE TAKE ACTION ON THAT AS WELL AS A SEPARATE DOCUMENT IN ACCORDANCE TO THE LONE STAR GOVERNMENT OPPORTUNITY

TRAINING. >> GOOD EVENING MADAM PRESIDENT AND DISTINGUISHED BOARD MEMBERS AND DOCTOR PERERA I WOULD LIKE TO PRESENT THE 2023 TWOMAC 2024 LANCASTER MILITARY READINESS IN EARLY CHILDHOOD OF THREE GOALS, ADSENSE WE GET STARTED I WANT TO REMIND EVERYONE ABOUT LANCASTER I SEE BOARD GOALS AND IN PARTICULAR I WOULD LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT BOARD GOAL ONE WHERE AS WE WILL PROVIDE WORLD-CLASS TEACHING AND LEARNING EXPERIENCES WHEREBY EACH STUDENT GROWS AND DEVELOPS AT LEAST ONE GRADE LEVEL EVERY ACADEMIC YEAR.

>> BEFORE WE GET STARTED OR TAKE A LOOK AT THE DATA SLIDE I WILL BE PRESENTING TO YOU TONIGHT I WANT TO REMIND EVERYONE WITH THE HOUSE BILL THREE GOALS, EACH ARE REQUIRED TO ADOPT IN EARLY CHILDHOOD LITERACY PROFICIENCY GOAL, EARLY CHILDHOOD MATH PROFICIENCY GOAL IN A COLLEGE CAREER MILITARY READINESS GOAL.

ON THE CHART THAT YOU ARE LOOKING AT, THE GREEN BARS AT THE END ACTUALLY REPRESENT THE 2025 LANCASTER GOALS THAT WERE SET 35 YEARS AGO THE ORANGE EXTROVERT DATA OF 2022 IN THE BLACK BARS ARE REPRESENTING 2023 DATA.

WE ARE LOOKING AT MEAT LEVEL PERFORMANCE.

IN THE FIRST SET OF DATA WITH THIRD GRADE MATH PERFORMANCE.

IN 2020 TO BE PERFORMED 36% AT MEAT.

AND THEN WE MADE A SLIGHT DECLINE THE FOLLOWING YEAR, 2023 WENT TO 30% AND OUR GOAL INEVITABLY IS TO REACH 51% AND I WILL TELL YOU THIS YEAR WITH THE STATE, THE STATE MEET PERFORMANCE WAS 34%. LET'S TAKE A LOOK AT THE THIRD GRADE READING MEET DATA AT 2022 WE ARRIVED AT 45% MEET.

[00:55:06]

WE REACHED 41% MEETS IN 2023 AND WE ARE SLIGHTLY OFF OF OUR GOAL WHICH IS A COUPLE POINTS, FOUR POINTS AWAY FROM OUR GOAL AND I WILL ALSO MENTION TO YOU THAT THE STATE THIS YEAR THAT MEETS PERFORMANCE AT THE STATE LEVEL WAS 50% MEETS PERFORMANCE AND I ALSO WANT TO MENTION THAT LAST YEAR WE RECEIVED ACCOLADES FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE THIRD GRADE STUDENTS IN READING OUR STUDENTS SCORED AT 45% MEETS LAST YEAR IN THE STUDENT COHORT IS SITTING IN FOURTH GRADE AND THEY CONTINUE TO EXCEL AS WELL, LET'S TAKE A LOOK AT THE LAST RAW DATA WHICH IS THE CCM ARE DATA, THAT GOLD YELLOWISH BAR IS 71% AND THIS IS NOT MEETS LEVEL PERFORMANCE, THIS PART IS REPRESENTING THE PERCENTAGE OF STUDENTS WHO RECEIVED AN INDICATOR AND HE RECEIVED A CCM ARE INDICATED, THE BLACK BAR IS INDICATING THE STUDENTS WHO RECEIVED THE INDICATOR FOR 2022 YEAR ACCOUNTABILITY YEAR.

YOU CAN SEE WE WENT FROM 71 - 78.

HOWEVER, I WANT TO SAY BASICALLY THE STATE HAS CHANGED IN THEIR INFORMATION SAW THE WAY IT'S WORKING OUT WITH THE INDICATOR AND THEY MOVED IT FROM 60 BEING THE ACTUAL A 288 BNA AND I WANT TO POINT OUT OUR GOAL IS 71 SOMEWHERE EXCEEDING OUR GOAL AT THIS TIME. WE WILL BE MAKING ADJUSTMENTS AND TWEAKS WITH THE DATA PIECES AS TIME MOVES FORWARD AND THAT IS THE INFORMATION I WANT TO PRESENT TO YOU TONIGHT AND AT THIS TIME I WILL TAKE ANY QUESTIONS.

>> ARE THERE ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS.

>> DOCTOR PERERA HAS COMMENTS. CAN YOU BACK TO THE PREVIOUS SLIDE. WHAT I WANTED TO SHARE WITH THE COMMUNITY AND THE BOARD IN PARTICULAR WITH THE CCM ARE DATA, PLEASE NOTE THAT IS A YEAR BEHIND, THE STATE HAS HAD THIS INFORMATION ALL YEAR WHICH PUZZLES ME WHY THEY COULDN'T MAKE SOME OF THE DECISIONS OF THE ACCOUNTABILITY SYSTEM.

THIS IS ACTUALLY DATA FOR MY STUDENTS FROM 22 GRADUATED IN 23 IS COMING AROUND AND YOU WILL BE THE NEXT ONE, HOWEVER, THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A YEAR OLD BUT I ALSO WANTED TO SHARE WITH THE BOARD OF THE COMMUNITY AND THINK ABOUT WHERE THE THIRD-GRADERS WHO TOOK THE ASSESSMENT WHERE THEY WERE THREE YEARS AGO IN A VERY CRITICAL FOUNDATIONAL READING AREAS DURING COVID SO I WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT THE COMMUNITY AND OUR BOARD IS AWARE OF THE INFORMATION REGARDING THE THIRD-GRADERS.

I THINK WE WILL CONTINUE TO SEE SOME IMPROVEMENT BUT THEY ALSO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SEEING THIRD GRADE FROM THE YEAR BEFORE VERSUS HER GRADE FROM LAST YEAR IT IS NOT THE SAME STUDENT.

I JUST WANTED TO BRING THAT TO HIGHLIGHT.

THANK YOU MADAM PRESIDENT. >> THANK YOU MS. WHITFIELD.

>> OF ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS. THANK YOU, DOCTOR BELL.

>> NEXT ACTION ITEM IS CONDUCTED IN APPROVE NOVEMBER 7 VOTER APPROVAL TAX REELECTION. I'M SORRY WE DID NOT VOTE ON THE ACTION ITEM. I'M SORRY.

LET ME RETRACT AND GO BACK, THIS IS AN ACTION ITEM, IS THERE

MOTION. >> MADAM PRESIDENT I MOVE THE APPROVAL OF HB THREE EARLY CHILDHOOD AND CCM ARE COLLEGE AND CAREER MILITARY READINESS GOALS AS PRESENTED.

>> I HAVE A MOTION BY MS. MORRIS, IS THERE A SECOND.

>> A SECOND BY MR. CLEWISTON FOR THE DISCUSSION OF POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF CCM ARE COLLEGE CAREER AND MILITARY READINESS GOALS ANY DISCUSSION FROM THE BOARD?

>> MR. JONES. >> JUST A CLARIFICATION THE GOALS ARE IN GREEN AND WE HAVE TO TABLE THOSE TWO.

[INAUDIBLE] >> WITH THE CCMR BEING 71

MERCURY NEWS 78. >> WE HAVE ACTUALLY MADE SOME MODIFICATIONS AT THIS TIME WITH CCMR WE MOVED INTO 88 INTERDISTRICT IMPROVEMENT PLAN IT IS JUST NOT ON OUR GOAL SHE

AT THIS TIME. >> DID YOU WANT TO COMMENT ON

THAT. >> THANK YOU, ANY OTHER

QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS. >> I NEED CLARIFICATION SO THE

GOAL FOR CCMR IS 71 OR 88. >> WE CANNOT ANSWER THAT, HB ONE

[01:00:09]

THE COMMISSIONERS TRYING TO RAISE WITH THE ADOPTION OF ACCOUNTABILITY RESET 288, HB ONE WHICH IS CLEARED FOR ACTION ON THE HOUSE FLOOR IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS IN THE CALENDAR IT'LL BE CLEARED ON THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

ADOPT BY LAW FOR 2022 ACCOUNTABILITY SET AND ADOPTED FOR THE NEXT THREE YEARS. WE DO NOT KNOW DEPENDING THERE MAY BE STATUTORY INTERVENTION AND IT'S NOT LIKE STAFF IS TRYING TO CONFUSE YOU. THE COMMISSIONER DOESN'T KNOW IN

ITSELF A LEGISLATIVE DEBATE. >> SHARE WHERE THEY WERE AT THE END OF THE LAST SCHOOL YEAR, IS A 78 I BELIEVE.

>> IT WAS AROUND 78, THIS IS WHAT I'M SAYING ON THIS PARTICULAR DOCUMENT WE ARE VOTING FOR 71% AS OUR GOAL AND WE WANT TO KEEP THE GOAL AT THIS TIME FOR THIS PARTICULAR VOTING.

AND WE INTEND TO MEET WITH THE STATE AND I THINK WERE WELL ON THE WAY WITH THAT. AGAIN YOU RAISED IT ONE YEAR TO THE NEXT WITHOUT CONFIRMING FROM A 62 AND 88 THAT IS A BIG STEP FOR A LOT OF DISTRICTS WERE LUCKY TO BE ON A PATH TO ME THAT THIS YEAR AS WELL BUT REMEMBER THE SCHOOLS ARE YOUR BEHIND THESE ARE 22 AND 23 WILL BE ON THE NEXT ONE THE PACE WILL BE

THE YEAR AFTER THAT AND 24. >> I DO UNDERSTAND.

>> WHAT ARE WE SETTING OUR GOALS FOR.

>> I WILL TELL YOU THE SAME IT WAS OVER THAT.

>> WAS THE PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT WE HAVE DELETED THIS WAY UNTIL WE GET CLARITY FROM THE STATE, I TELL YOU INTERNALLY THAT'S OVERSHOOTING FOR, PART OF HER DIP AS WELL.

>> FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE CCMR IN-HOUSE BILL INFORMATION IN HOUSE BILL THREE WE WILL RETAIN AS IT IS ONCE WE GET THE FINAL PIECE YOU WILL SEE THAT FORMALLY CHANGE, RIGHT NOW IT IS OUR GOAL, 88 IS OUR GOAL I CANNOT CHANGE IT AT THIS POINT IT'S A WAY WE SUBMITTED IT SO WE HAVE TO MAINTAIN THIS UNTIL WE HAVE FURTHER NOTICE BUT DO KNOW OUR INTERNAL GOAL IS ABSOLUTELY I WOULDN'T EVEN TELL YOU I WOULD TELL YOU A 90 OR BETTER.

SO WE ARE ON TRACK TO MOVE IN THAT DIRECTION.

AND AGAIN, WE GOT THE STANDARD IN MARCH WHEN HALF THE SCHOOL YEAR WAS GONE. I DON'T KNOW IF YOU WANT TO ADD

ANYTHING TO THAT OR NOT. >> YES I'M OVER HERE SQUIRMING.

>> I'M WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE JUST AS A CLARIFICATION WE SUBMITTED AS A 71 INTO MAINTAIN UNTIL LEGISLATION IS OVER.

>> THAT'S WHAT I'M SQUIRMING ABOUT.

OUR DEBT BECAUSE WE MENTIONED THE 88 WE PUT THAT IN HER DIP, HOWEVER, WHAT WERE SUBMITTING IS THE 71 UNTIL WE GET MORE CLARITY LEGISLATIVELY OR IN STATUE AND IT HAS TO BE SOMETHING DIFFERENT IN UNTIL WE HAVE MORE CLARITY FROM THE CITY.

>> CLEAR AS GLASS. THANK YOU.

>> MR. STEVENSON. >> ADVOCATES OR WE WERE AT ONE NUMBER AND YOU WERE ESTIMATING DOWNWARD BUT WAS THEY WERE WAITING UNTIL THE STATE STANDARD.

WOULDN'T IT MAKE SENSE TO HAVE A REALISTIC OBTAINABLE GOAL TO SHOOT FOR REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE STATE OR ANYBODY ELSE DOES.

>> OF THE METRIC WERE THE SAME, THAT WOULD BE REALISTIC FOR THE METRIC HAS CHANGED. SOME OF THE THINGS WE WERE GIVEN CREDIT FOR AS FAR AS THE CCMR THOSE METRICS HAVE CHANGED.

EVEN AS HE LOOKED FROM YEAR TO YEAR WE TALK ABOUT THIS BEING DIFFERENT STUDENTS, THE METRIC IS ALSO DIFFERENT.

>> TRUSTEE STEVENSON I WILL SAY OTHER DISTRICTS ARE DOING THE SAME THINGS AS WELL I BELONG TO A DATA COALITION AND WE MEET EVERY MONTH AND WERE ALL WAITING UNTIL THIS ACCOUNTABILITY SHAKES OUT UNTIL WE GET ALL OF THE INFORMATION TO BE ABLE TO MAKE

[01:05:03]

AN INFORMED DECISION. RIGHT NOW AS IT STANDS WE WANT

TO KEEP HER SAME GOAL FOR 2025. >> THANK YOU.

ALTHOUGH I DID REQUESTED.

PRIOR TO THE CONSERVATOR COMING IN I EXPRESSED ALL THESE CONCERNS AND MORE WITH A TRUSTEE A COUPLE OF TRUSTEES I WILL NAME

[01:20:05]

NAMES AT THIS TIME, I REQUESTED DUE TO THE ACTIONS OF THE TRUSTEE IN ANOTHER TRUSTEE, TRUSTEE HAMILTON AND TRUSTEE MORRIS IF THE SAME ACTION HAS ATTEMPTED TO BE IMPOSED UPON ME ALTHOUGH IT VIOLATES MY RIGHTS IN ANOTHER FORM OF DISCRIMINATION AND RETALIATION FOR THE COMPLAINT THAT I CONTINUE TO PLACE ON THE AGENDA AND ASK FOR THE BOARD TO BE HEARD I ASKED THAT IT BE TAKEN UP ON TRUSTEE HAMILTON AND TRUSTEE MORRIS BEING THAT WHAT IS STATED IMPROVING AND FAX IS ACTUALLY, THEY SHOULD BE CENTERED AS WELL IS WHAT I'M REQUESTING AT THIS TIME. THE ASSAULT THAT WAS TAKEN PLACE IN CLOSED SESSION WAS BY TRUSTEE MORRIS, THAT HAS YET TO BE HEARD ALTHOUGH I DID REQUEST FOR TO BE HEARD.

>> THANK YOU. >> I WAS ADDRESSING YOU BECAUSE

YOU WANTED THE FLOOR. >> I'M TERRIBLY SORRY.

>> MR. STEPHENSON. >> THANK YOU.

>> THIS IS THE KIND OF THING THAT TARNISHES THE BOARD.

FIRST OF ALL IT'S WRITTEN IN THE PAST TENSE YOU READ IT LIKE THIS HAD ALREADY HAPPENED THE BOARD HAD DIRTY LOOK TO THESE ISSUES AND DECIDED THEY WERE CORRECT. INSTEAD YOU HAVE TO LIMIT TERRY'S STUFF IN HERE THAT THE BOARD SHOULD BE LOOKING OUT ONE BY ONE, THE BOARD MAY NOT THINK EVERY ISSUE IS RIGHT.

WERE DOING THIS BACKWARDS, SOMEBODY ORDERED THIS DOCUMENT PREPARED WITHOUT THE BOARD'S KNOWLEDGE AND THE BOARD SHOULD ORDER THIS DOCUMENT AFTER THEY DECIDE ON ISSUES.

IS COMPLETELY WRONG. IT CONFLICTS TWO ISSUES A CONFLICT OF REPRIMAND WITH A SENSOR.

A SENSOR IS ANCIENT ARCHAIC STUFF THAT PEOPLE IN THE MAJORITY USES TO SLEDGEHAMMER PEOPLE THAT THEY DO NOT LIKE.

WORDS OF REPRIMAND IS ACTUALLY A PRODUCT OF HER POLICY.

BUT NOWHE THE BOARD THE AUTHORITY TO CRIMINAL TRESPASS 70. THE CRIMINAL TRESPASS, IS THIS CRIMINAL TRESPASS. , THIS IS FUNDAMENTALLY WRONG AT EVERY LEVEL AND IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY THIS BOARD HAS A BAD

REPUTATION, THIS IS IT. >> THANK YOU, ANY OTHER COMMENTS

FROM THE DAIS. >> I HAVE QUESTIONS FOR THE

ATTORNEY. >> ATTORNEY HAS PROOF OF ALLEGATIONS BEEN SUBMITTED AND WHAT LAW WARRANTS TO TRESPASS A TRUSTEE FROM A BOARD MEETING AND WHEN THERE HAS BEEN NO ASSAULTS, NO ANYTHING ACTUALLY IN THE INFORMATION THAT IS HERE, THERE IS NO PROOF OF ANYTHING THAT HAS BEEN PRESENTED AND WE ALREADY KNOW IS COMING FROM TWO PEOPLE, ACTUALLY THREE AND MY NEXT QUESTION WHAT LAW STATES A BOARD MEMBER CAN BE TRESPASS FROM A BOARD MEETING AND IF THE CONCERN IS HER SAFETY OR HOW THEY FEEL THEN WHY DON'T THEY ATTEND THE BOARD MEETINGS REMOTELY AND I'M ABLE TO CONTINUE WITH MY JOB THAT I'VE BEEN SWORN INTO DOING ELECTED TO DO. I HAVE ALSO EXPRESSED LAST YEAR DISCRIMINATION, BULLYING, VIOLATION OF BOARDMEMBER CODES AND ETHICS AND I ALSO EXPRESSED THERE HAS BEEN.
